Oral Argument Set in Salazar v. Buono

The Supreme Court of the United States will hear oral argument in Salazar v. Buono on October 7.  The Obama administration's brief is here.  The brief of the respondent, Frank Buono,  is due the last week of July, I believe. 

We did not learn much, if anything, about Sonia Sotomayor's views on the Establishment Clause during the confirmation hearings.   Assuming Sotomayor is confirmed (a pretty safe assumption), we could learn a fair amount about those views in this case.
